You agree to provide accurate information. You will not use SIMPAY for any illegal or fraudulent transactions.
4. LIABILITY
SIMINDIA COMMUNICATIONS PVT LTD is not liable for bank failures, UPI downtime, or service issues caused by Cashfree, ZuelPay, Banks, or Telecom operators.
